This Privacy Policy sets out how Include uses and protects any information that you give Include for usage of Solos.
We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This Privacy Policy applies to the information and data collected by Include as a controller. Provided personal information by which you can be identified when using Solos, will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, receive, use, store, share, transfer, and process your personal information. It also describes your choices regarding use, as well as your rights of access and correction of your personal information. If you do not agree with the data practices described in this Privacy Policy, you should not use Solos.
Include may change this Policy Policy periodically. We will post any changes on front page of Solos and, if the changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice by sending you an email notification.

How long do we retain your data
Your personal information will be retained for as long as it is necessary to carry out the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or till you delete your account. However, we will not retain any of your personal information beyond this period and the retention of your personal information will be subject to periodic review.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, we securely delete the information or anonymise it or, if this is not possible, securely store your Personal Information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Please be aware if you request erasure and restrict processing of your personal information we wont be able to fulfil contract and provide you with the service and access to Solos.
