What will be your tasks and responsibilities?
Planning, supporting and supervision of all aspects of multidisciplinary projects (team, equipment, material, budget, timeline)
Providing all necessary preconditions for each project so it can pass smoothly through all its phases without delays and shortcomings
Financial forecasting and monitoring budget spending during the whole project
Developing and implementing research and development procedures and techniques
Organization and supervision of the employees
Close cooperation with Sales and Marketing Department to support the proper presentation of products to customers
Close cooperation with HR Department for the purpose of employee selection, onboarding and their professional development
Reporting on project status and budget implementation
Creating project documentation
What we expect from you?
5+ years of experience in managing development of the products and leading the teams
BSc or MSc in technical field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Fluent verbal & written communication in English
Advanced MS office

Yearly gross salary from 220.000 HRK and higher depending on the level of experience
